- 30g Avocado
- 1 Tbsp Cottage Cheese
- 1 Egg
- 1 Tsp Mustard
- Protein Toast
- 1 Tbsp Spring Onion
Recipe
- Add the avocado to a bowl along with the cottage cheese, egg, & mustard. Season with salt & pepper. Mash it all together.
- Add the egg mixture to the toast and top with spring onion.
