  • 30g Avocado
  • 1 Tbsp Cottage Cheese
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Tsp Mustard
  • Protein Toast
  • 1 Tbsp Spring Onion
Recipe
  1. Add the avocado to a bowl along with the cottage cheese, egg, & mustard. Season with salt & pepper. Mash it all together.
  2. Add the egg mixture to the toast and top with spring onion.
  3. Enjoy!
