- 130g Chicken Breast
- 1 Tsp Garlic
- 1 Tsp Paprika
- Salt & Pepper
- 2 Tsp Soy Sauce
- Low Calorie Oil Spray
- 30g Red Onion
- 60g Red Pepper
- 80g Broccoli
- 60g Rice (uncooked weight)
Recipe
- Dice the chicken breast into chunks & add all seasoning and soy sauce. Mix well and ensure chicken is fully covered.
- Add the chicken to the pan and cook until golden brown. Boil the rice as per packet instructions.
- In a separate pan, add the red onion, red pepper, & broccoli.
- Add the chicken & rice to the pan and mix everything in.
- Serve!
