Ingredients List
  • 1/2 Tin Chickpeas
  • Low Calorie Oil Spray
  • 1 Tsp Corn Starch
  • 1 Tsp Tandoori
  • 1 Tsp Paprika
  • 1 Tsp Curry Powder
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Low Fat Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Tsp Low Fat Mayo
  • 1 Tsp Ketchup
  • 1 Tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 Tortilla Wrap
  • Lettuce
  • 18g Cherry Tomatoes
  • 20g Cucumber
  • 20g Avocado
Recipe
  1. Add the chickpeas to a mixing bowl & coat with low calorie oil spray, corn starch & seasoning. Mix well.
  2. Add the chickpea mixture to the airfryer for 7 mins at 200°.
  3. In a bowl, add low fat greek yogurt, low fat mayo, ketchup, & seasoning. Mix well.
  4. Take 1 tortilla wrap and add lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, chickpea mixture, & sauce mixture.
  5. Wrap it all up and serve!
