- 1/2 Tin Chickpeas
- Low Calorie Oil Spray
- 1 Tsp Corn Starch
- 1 Tsp Tandoori
- 1 Tsp Paprika
- 1 Tsp Curry Powder
- Salt & Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Low Fat Greek Yogurt
- 1 Tsp Low Fat Mayo
- 1 Tsp Ketchup
- 1 Tsp Onion Powder
- 1 Tortilla Wrap
- Lettuce
- 18g Cherry Tomatoes
- 20g Cucumber
- 20g Avocado
Recipe
- Add the chickpeas to a mixing bowl & coat with low calorie oil spray, corn starch & seasoning. Mix well.
- Add the chickpea mixture to the airfryer for 7 mins at 200°.
- In a bowl, add low fat greek yogurt, low fat mayo, ketchup, & seasoning. Mix well.
- Take 1 tortilla wrap and add lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, chickpea mixture, & sauce mixture.
- Wrap it all up and serve!
