150g Chicken Breast
Low Calorie Oil Spray
1 Tsp Paprika
1 Tsp Chicken Seasoning
1 Tsp Spring Onion
1 Tsp Garlic
50g Cherry Tomatoes
40g Pasta
100ml Low Fat Cream
40ml Pasta Water
20g Low Fat Cheese
Salt & Pepper
Recipe
Dice the chicken breast into chunks, add the seasoning, & mix well.
Add the chicken to the pan and fry until golden brown, then add the spring onion, garlic, & cherry tomatoes.
Boil the pasta as per packet instructions & add the low fat cream and cheese to the pan. Give it all a stir.
Plate up and enjoy!
