Ingredients List
  • 150g Chicken Breast
  • Low Calorie Oil Spray
  • 1 Tsp Paprika
  • 1 Tsp Chicken Seasoning
  • 1 Tsp Spring Onion
  • 1 Tsp Garlic
  • 50g Cherry Tomatoes
  • 40g Pasta
  • 100ml Low Fat Cream
  • 40ml Pasta Water
  • 20g Low Fat Cheese
  • Salt & Pepper

Recipe
  1. Dice the chicken breast into chunks, add the seasoning, & mix well.
  2. Add the chicken to the pan and fry until golden brown, then add the spring onion, garlic, & cherry tomatoes.
  3. Boil the pasta as per packet instructions & add the low fat cream and cheese to the pan. Give it all a stir.
  4. Plate up and enjoy!
