  • 65g Tuna
  • 1 Tbsp Low Fat Yogurt
  • 1 Tsp Red Onion
  • Lemon Juice
  • Dill
  • 1 Tortilla wrap
  • 1/2 Smashed Avocado
  • 2 Tomato Slices
Recipe
  1. Add the tuna, low fat yogurt, & red onion to a bowl and mix together. Season with salt & pepper and lemon juice. Top with a sprinkle of dill.
  2. Cut half-way into a tortilla wrap and add the mixed tuna to 1/4 of the wrap. Add the smashed avocado to the next 1/4. Add the tomato to the next 1/4. Add the remaining tuna mixture to the final 1/4.
  3. Fold the wrap as per video instructions & toast it briefly in the pan.
  4. Cut into half and enjoy!
