Ingredients List
- 65g Tuna
- 1 Tbsp Low Fat Yogurt
- 1 Tsp Red Onion
- Lemon Juice
- Dill
- 1 Tortilla wrap
- 1/2 Smashed Avocado
- 2 Tomato Slices
Recipe
- Add the tuna, low fat yogurt, & red onion to a bowl and mix together. Season with salt & pepper and lemon juice. Top with a sprinkle of dill.
- Cut half-way into a tortilla wrap and add the mixed tuna to 1/4 of the wrap. Add the smashed avocado to the next 1/4. Add the tomato to the next 1/4. Add the remaining tuna mixture to the final 1/4.
- Fold the wrap as per video instructions & toast it briefly in the pan.
- Cut into half and enjoy!
