My health apps aren’t syncing correctly.
Sometimes it can take a little while to see your data from your health app in your Transformation Challenge app.
You can always try to ‘re-sync’ your data in the ‘Connect Health Apps’ section.
If you’re still having trouble, please email us for help.
I’ve accidentally submitted the wrong progress photos.
If you have submitted incorrect progress photos or accidentally submitted them to the wrong day, please email us for help.
